Its funny... real life isn't really easy. Most scrapbooks that you see are filled with good times, joyous memories, and milestones in life that are happy. But what about the imperfect times in one's life? Aren't they worth scrapbooking? Definitely, life is a roller coaster. Has anyone ever tried to scrapbook the untold story of a life that has experienced catastrophe, heartbreak, growing up? Basically, real life situations. It's a difficult process. But a process that can also help lead to letting go, facing the truth, heal wounds, and forgive. The not so happy stuff builds character, and offers us an opportunity to appreciate the best of life. I have yet to tackle this profound idea, however, I can see how this creative way would help to deal with the worst that life gives.
